What does my monthly report include?
We’ll provide you with a detailed monthly report that breaks down all the maintenance, updates, and security checks completed on your website, keeping you informed about the work done.
We clearly break down the number of annual hours used and how many you have left for the year.
Any hours that haven’t been used will be banked for future support requirements or website changes, so you never lose the time you pay for.
What if I need out-of-hours support?
We understand that website issues can arise anytime, posing a huge risk to your business.
For an additional fee, we can arrange an out-of-hour website support package during busy periods to ensure any issues with your website’s stability and performance are handled quickly and effectively.

Is there a minimum contract length for support?
All our support packages run on a annual contract with a clear balance of annual hours that can be used at any time.
Hours can be used gradually for general maintenance and preventative work, or can be saved and used for bigger support projects and website updates.
If you need more hours we can scale up your annual agreement or action changes on an ad-hoc basis.
