A few weeks after moving in, we are opening the doors of our new Whiteley headquarters to everyone. Here is your first proper look inside.
On Monday, 14 September 2026, the Damteq team walked into 1590 Parkway for the first time. Since then, the building has filled up with people, client workshops and a great deal of coffee. Today, we are sharing the first photos from inside so our clients, our partners, and anyone considering working with us can see the space for themselves.
When we announced the move, we explained why we made a seven-figure investment in a home of our own. This time, we wanted the building to do the talking. Every room was planned around how work actually gets done here, and most were designed with our clients in mind.

The brief for the building was simple: create a best-in-class modern workplace where people and brands can do their best work. Here is how that turned out, room by room.
Reception
First impressions matter, for our clients and for the people we hope will join us. Reception is bright, calm and welcoming, with somewhere comfortable to settle in before a meeting. Whether you are here for a quarterly review or your first conversation with us, you will be greeted and shown straight through, with a drink on the way.
Meeting rooms
The four meeting rooms are the part of the building we are proudest of. Each one is soundproofed, and they range from a quiet room for a one-to-one up to a space for 12 people. They were designed for long working sessions: Growth Workshops with a client’s leadership team, website kick-offs, brand workshops and strategy days where a business owner wants to step away from the day job and think properly about where the business is going.
Open plan areas
Our specialists in SEO, paid media, web, UX and branding sit side by side across several open plan areas. It sounds like a small thing, but it changes how quickly problems get solved. When a paid search specialist spots something on a client’s website, the web developer is a few steps away rather than a ticket away.
The work floor
A whole floor is given over to focused delivery. It is where most client work gets done day to day, and it has been laid out with room for the team to grow from 30 to 40 people and beyond, without another move or another compromise.
Kitchens and the sofa area
There are two top-of-the-range kitchens and a sofa area for a proper break and a catch-up with colleagues. Some of the best ideas in any business come from informal conversations, and we wanted plenty of room for them. Clients are just as welcome to grab a coffee and join in.
Why does a workplace matter when you choose a growth partner?
The way Britain works has changed for good. According to the Office for National Statistics, more than a quarter (28%) of working adults in Great Britain split their week between home and a workplace in early 2025, and that share has risen steadily since 2022. Flexibility is here to stay, and it has real benefits.
It does mean that, for a business owner choosing who to trust with their growth, a fair question is: where does the work actually happen, and can I meet the people doing it?

Built to run responsibly
Some of the most important parts of 1590 Parkway are the ones visitors never see. There are 62 solar panels on the roof, and they have already made a real difference to how the building runs.
In our first month, the panels powered 92% of the energy we used and saved around 500kg of carbon, roughly the same as planting more than 50 trees. Sustainability shaped the building from the start, and it will keep shaping our decisions as the team grows.

Photos only go so far. If you are a Damteq client, the building is yours to use for workshops, quarterly reviews and strategy days. Your client service manager will book the right room and have everything ready when you arrive.
