On Monday 14 September 2026, our team walked into a building we own for the very first time. After twenty years of growth, Damteq has a permanent home, and it is one we are immensely proud of.
The purchase completed in May 2026, and over the summer the building was transformed into a best-in-class modern workplace. It is the single largest investment in Damteq’s history, and it has been made for one reason: to give this business, this team and our clients somewhere brilliant to grow into for the next twenty years.

A seven figure investment in our future
Investing over £1.6 million into new headquarters of our own is a significant commitment for an independent, owner-managed agency. It is also, we think, the clearest possible statement of intent towards stability and robustness in business.
At a time when many agencies of our size are being absorbed into larger groups, Damteq has chosen to stay independent, stay in Hampshire, and put its money into its own long term future. The building gives us complete control over how we work, how we grow and how we look after our people.

Designed for growth, and for the people who deliver it
Damteq is currently a team of 30+ specialists across SEO, paid media, web, UX and business growth. The new headquarters has been designed with room to reach 40+ and beyond.
For the last five years our growth has been steady and consistent, and our ambitions have consistently outpaced the space available to us. That constraint is now gone. We can hire around the work rather than around the walls, which changes what we are able to take on and how quickly we can take it on.

A workplace built for how we actually work
The brief for the fitout was simple: create a best-in-class modern workplace where people and brands can do their best work. What has been delivered is better than we pictured.
The building includes multiple meeting spaces of varying sizes, two top-of-the-range kitchens, multiple open plan areas, a dedicated work floor and a directors office. Every one of those decisions was made around how work genuinely happens here, from a quick two-person catch-up to a full-day client workshop.
We have also installed 62 solar panels on the roof, so the building runs more efficiently and more responsibly, and sustainability will continue to shape our decisions as we grow. During our first month of testing, the solar panels powered 92% of our total energy usage, saving 500kg of carbon, which is equivalent to planting over 50 trees.

What this means for our clients
A new headquarters is an internal milestone, but it also means so much more to our clients and partners.
Damteq has spent the past few years building our Growth Ecosystem, bringing senior direction, specialist delivery and our own software together on one monthly plan. Growing a business needs three things: someone senior to own it, specialists to deliver it, and software to see it. Most businesses buy those in three different places, or go without two of them. We are building all three under one roof.
Alongside our new HQ, we are developing our own in-house software, including our own CRM and a client support system called Supportal, giving clients far better visibility of the work we do for them. Together they form the engine around everything we deliver.

Every client is welcome at our office, to treat it as a home away from home. Our meeting spaces were designed with workshops, strategy sessions and long working days in mind, and we would love to see you in them.
Looking ahead
This is the start of a new chapter rather than the end of a project.
There is plenty to come. Continued hiring as we work towards a team of 40+ and beyond. Further development of our software and the Growth Ecosystem behind it. More investment in our people, our standards and the service our clients receive. And a few other plans for the building that we are not quite ready to share yet.
Twenty years ago Damteq started in a spare room with one person and a lot of ambition. Today it has a headquarters of its own, a growing team, and a clear plan for the next two decades.
