Niche Lifts are a team of platform lift specialists in Hampshire that provides commercial and domestic lifts throughout the UK.
When they came to us in 2024, their website was dated and didn’t reflect their experience or standing as industry leaders. They entrusted us with a complete website refresh, focusing on enhancing user-friendliness and showcasing their range of lifts, sectors, and case studies.
Analysing user behaviour data and creating UX wireframes.
We started the website project with an in-depth UX audit and research phase.
During this process, our UX specialists closely examined the existing Niche Lifts website and user behaviour data to highlight areas of the user journey that perform well and where users struggle, lose interest, and drop off.
With this research, our UX specialists created data-backed wireframe designs that form an optimised flow and user journey for the new Niche Lifts website.

Next, our Web Designers created a modern and fresh feel for Niche Lift’s website, with bespoke page designs based on the UX wireframes. The website’s design and layout focused on showcasing and allowing customers to view their range of lifts and use cases easily.
We created a simple user journey with intuitive navigation to maximise engagement and conversion rates. We used clear page layouts and direct calls to action to naturally guide users to conversion points like enquiry, brochure download, and drawing request forms.
Building a functional, fast, and optimised website.
We then moved to the build phase, where our Web Developers turned the designs into a functional, user-friendly website. The main goal for Niche Lifts’ site was to make navigation smooth and guide visitors clearly towards enquiry and conversion points.
Our developers integrated features like Niche Lifts’ configurator tool and created simple enquiry and brochure download forms to drive website leads.
They also carried out a detailed snagging process and pre-launch SEO checks to improve loading speeds, ensure full responsiveness across all devices, and check that all menus and interactions worked perfectly.
