Overview

Collier Pickard is a leading CRM advice and solutions company offering multiple CRM and omnichannel communication solutions to help businesses refine their operations and boost efficiency.

When they came to us, they had a dated brand and a clunky, slow website that no longer reflected their industry-leading approach and experience, making it difficult to communicate their value proposition. They asked for our help in creating a more modern and refreshed brand identity and a professional, user-friendly website through our web design services.

The first step in the process was to create a new brand identity that better reflects Collier Pickard’s experience, expertise, and value. They wanted their branding to feel more ‘human’ and people-focused and position them as a specialist in their space.

Through a thorough discovery phase, which included stakeholder interviews and market analysis, to help us understand their business, audience, and competitive landscape, our branding specialists created a far more modern and professional brand identity with a new logo, revised colour palette and fonts, and updated style elements.

As with all of our website projects, user experience was a big focus. We started by conducting in-depth UX research, including a UX audit of the existing website, user journey mapping, and analysing their user behaviour and engagement data.

This allowed us to create data-backed wireframes to serve as blueprints for the new website. We focused on creating streamlined site navigation, conversion-optimised page layouts, and a smoother and more intuitive user journey.

Using the newly created brand designs and UX wireframes, our web designers crafted a stunning, responsive website design that showcases Collier Pickard’s specialist approach to CRM consultancy. The design uses high-quality visuals and content to simplify complex CRM concepts and increase engagement.

Once the design was complete, our web developers created the website structure and pages, working closely with our SEO specialists to implement pre-launch SEO to ensure the website was ready for a more in-depth SEO project once the site went live.

They also implemented streamlined lead capture forms, using advanced CRM tools, to better track user behaviour and improve inbound lead generation and conversions.
