How do I know what work has been carried out each month?
Each month you will receive an email outlining the checks that have been completed on your website so you’ll know exactly what has been actioned.

Will you add and update content for me?
Content and website changes are not included with Website Support Plus. We can make changes for you which are charged additionally at our standard rate.

Do website support packages include SEO?
Website Support Plus is a package to support your website. SEO packages are available separately to complement our website support packages.

How do I pay for the monthly Support Plus package?
We will setup a monthly subscription via our payment provider Stripe. We will require your card details. Payment is taken monthly on the 1st day of each month

Can I cancel or downgrade support at any time?
Our monthly support packages run on a 30 day rolling period and we ask for 1 month notice in writing, should you wish to cancel or downgrade in the future.
