* Website Backups, Malware Scans and Domain & SSL renewals are only applicable if managed with Damteq’s Hosting Partner.
** Our SLA covers our acknowledgement time within our working hours and to start diagnosis of the problem. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm.

How do I know what work has been carried out each month?
Each month you will receive an email outlining the checks that have been completed on your website so you’ll know exactly what has been actioned.

Are discounts available for supporting multiple websites?
Yes! We’re more than happy to tailor our support packages to support multiple websites under your umbrella.

Will you add and update content for me?
If you are on a support package with banked hours for website changes, we can make changes to your website. If you require any work that goes outside of these banked hours, we can still make changes, but they will be charged at our standard rate.

Do website support packages include SEO?
Our website support packages are designed for maintaining and protecting your website. SEO packages are available separately to complement our website support packages.

How do I pay for the monthly Support Plus package?
We will set up a monthly subscription via our payment provider Stripe. We will require your card details. Payment is taken monthly on the 1st of each month

Can I cancel or downgrade support at any time?
Our monthly support packages run on a 30-day rolling period, and we ask for 1 month’s notice in writing should you wish to cancel or downgrade in the future.
