If you have banked hours for website changes, we can make changes to your website content and templates. If you require any work that goes outside the scope of these banked hours, this will be charged as separate, ad-hoc work.

How does your Web Support pricing work?
Rather than offering fixed packages with different pricing tiers, our new approach will work on a simple base support rate of £250 +VAT, plus a simple hourly rate of £105 +VAT.
For example:
£250 (Base Rate) + 10 bankable support hours (at £105 per hour) = £1,300 +VAT per month
Your plan can be paid monthly, or you can save 5% by paying annually.

Can I cancel or downgrade support at any time?
Our monthly support packages run on a 30-day rolling period, and we ask for 1 month’s notice in writing should you wish to cancel or downgrade in the future.
