Specsavers is one of the UK’s most well-known Opticians and household brands. The team at Specsavers approached Damteq to help their recruitment branch reach new talent through a dedicated website join Specsavers. The recruitment team wanted to make sure no stone was left unturned so needed to fully audit the brand to ensure it had the best possible change of reaching the right candidates and audience.

The Strategy
Tackling a detailed user research and UX audit for a brand like Specsavers needed intensive planning. Initially, we needed to understand the goals of the audits and we made sure that whatever we recommended could be implemented. We were able to highlight fundamental issues with the website and provide valuable feedback to the recruitment team.
