QGate helps small to medium-sized organisations optimise their business processes, transform the way their people work, and enhance their customers’ experience through Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Founded in 1997, QGate has 25 years of experience in helping companies digitally transform their business. QGate approached us with a dated brand that needed to be changed to modernise their whole approach.
Working with a dated brand and with the goal of becoming a modern CRM transformation company, we initially took the existing branding and conduct user and audience analysis to determine what the new brand should be. We then created a wide range of detailed concepts and brand guidelines.
We also created a brand new website, pdf literature and new guidelines throughout.
