Nuffield Health Woking Hospital is a leading private hospital in the South East. They pride themselves on providing exceptional standards of treatment and care in their state-of-the-art facilities. The Woking based hospital is part of the Nuffield Health family, one of the leading not-for-profit UK healthcare organisations, that has been looking after people for more than 60 years.
The Strategy.
Having worked with other medical professionals, we started discussions with Nuffield Health Woking about managing their social media marketing. The objective of the marketing project was to provide consistent posting on Facebook asserting Nuffield Health Woking as a helpful and informative resource for patients, past, present and future. They also wanted us to respond to any messages, reviews and comments on Facebook to provide interaction and personality to the page. Nuffield also wanted to grow the reach of their page through Facebook Advertising.
The Result.
Through our ongoing work with Nuffield Health Woking Hospital, we implement a regular social media strategy that focuses on the leading treatments and services offered at the hospital. Working alongside the central social media team at Nuffield Health, we assist in the promotion of core Nuffield promotions that contribute to the wider goals of the hospitals. Through targeted paid social media advertising, we have been able to increase reach of the Facebook page by by over 35%.
