Overview
Aztec is an IT support company offering fully managed IT systems to businesses across the South and other parts of the UK and internationally since 2001.
When they came to us, they were already highly trusted by their existing customers, but the website they had at the time, with a dated design and lack of strong UX, made it hard to get new visitors and potential customers to trust them.
We were tasked with redesigning their website and consolidating their long list of pages to create a more concise and smooth user experience.
The Strategy
We started their project with in-depth research and auditing. We analysed their current website and highlighted elements that work well, created the wireframe and sitemap of their new website, and researched other well-performing websites in their sector.
After our web designers created the initial homepage concept, which the client loved, we gathered the content we needed and got to work on designing the rest of the pages. Our goal was to retain the brand style and colour palette their existing customers were familiar with while optimising the user journey to remove friction points and drive action.
After the client signed off the design, our developers started on the build stage, working with our UX specialists and SEO experts to ensure the website was optimised for both user experience and search engines.
