Damteq® started back in 2006 and we are proud of becoming one of the most stable, well-respected and top reviewed Digital Growth Agencies in the south of England. We've achieved unprecedented growth (over 45% year on year) and we're continuing to grow every single day. We're a really exciting company and we'd love you to get in touch to see what you can bring.

Due to continued growth, we are urgently looking for a PPC Executive to join our already successful marketing team in the planning, building and long-term management of our client’s marketing strategies.

In this role, you’ll need to have experience in running successful PPC campaigns for multiple companies.

You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude; dedication and willingness to work hard, sometimes under high production pressure.

On a daily basis you will be expected to:

  • Perform daily management of all paid advertising accounts across Google, GDN and Bing.
  • Plan, develop, implement, track and optimise all paid marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Create and build campaign strategy, research keywords, analyse competitors and continue testing and optimisation.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and all top-level account metrics.
  • Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Increase CTR, quality score, conversions and conversion rates and decrease CPC
  • Landing page optimisation / implementation.
  • Creative copy testing and optimisation.
  • Competitor analysis.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and all facets of paid search in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Communicate to management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Create reports for management and clients
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and highlight areas of importance.
  • Implementation of A/B, split & multivariate testing across all accounts.
  • Maintain excellent working relations with key departments and managers to ensure communication is well delivered throughout.
  • Maintain high-level knowledge of PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Develop and implement new PPC strategies as the industry/market changes.

The characteristic of the suitable person should be:

  • Driven and focused – not to mention detail orientated. We deliver world-class experiences and we won’t let any small detail fall through the cracks.
  • Commercially minded – we don’t just churn out projects, we’re looking for someone who appreciates and invests in the wider growth and achievements of Damteq
  • Enthusiastic – we want someone that brings their excitement and passion to every project
  • Happy to be challenged – We want our team to always be learning from one another. Our people will always be experimenting with new trends and challenging new ways of doing things
  • Happy to work at a destination agency – Damteq is a go-to agency, both for clients but also for talent. We don’t play second fiddle. We’re looking for people who are keen to commit and add value to our business too.

Ideally, the successful candidate will:

  • have a willingness and hunger to learn and take ownership of personal development
  • have a genuine passion for digital marketing

To apply for the role you must have at least 12-18 months of experience in a similar role (in-house or agency) or the ability to demonstrate a high-level working knowledge of PPC Management.

It is important that you have a broad digital understanding and have the ability to develop communication strategies for clients at all levels. We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running, and are passionate about digital innovations. This role involves constant communication with clients so experience with account management would be advantageous. In return, you will be given the opportunity to work with a leading agency and work across a range of creative campaigns where you will play a key role in delivering marketing strategy nationally.

We are proud to be an experienced team of specialists, over generalists. You’ll be able to learn from our fantastic pool of talent across our full-service digital agency. Our core values are centred around just being lovely people. We’re a super friendly and honest bunch, and love to have a bit of fun (especially on Fridays).

Coming to work shouldn’t be the daily grind. We believe in putting people first and giving them the space and platform to do their best work.
