Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Sales/New Business Development Executive to join our successful and established Sales department at Damteq.

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll build new opportunities using outboard and inbound sales techniques. You’ll have a working technical knowledge about each area of the business to ensure you can accurately sell our business solutions to our prospects and clients.

This role will see you building and maintaining an ongoing sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets with new business. You’ll open up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.


  • Generating new business leads and following up on sales opportunities
  • Cold calling potential customers and building relationships
  • Ensure a high level of communication end-to-end with current and prospective clients
  • Understanding customer needs and selling products accordingly
  • Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s
  • Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out workshops and demonstrations
  • Efficiently following up on sales enquiries and sending out information
  • Researching the market sectors and identifying potential target customers
  • Analysing business aspects in various departments and seeking opportunities for growth
  • Writing reports on findings, storing all data within the CRM
  • Entering findings into spreadsheets & pipeline software
  • Fulfilling requirements for business deals and other business obligations
  • Networking with related businesses and fostering B2B relationships
  • Create proposal documentation in line with company brand guidelines
  • Contributing to creative discussions and decision-making about the business’ future
  • Ensure that all tasks are correctly time tracked, correctly logged, and managed

The successful candidate should:

  • Have previous experience in sales and account management
  • Have expertise in Pipeline management
  • The ability to work with increasing targets, both financial and metric related
  • Drive and Manage new business opportunity through sales processes
  • Create and deliver proposals and presentations
  • Have the highest quality communication skills
  • Previous experience in CRM systems
  • High attention to detail


  • Have experience in Digital Marketing
  • Have used Pipedrive or equivalent Pipeline Management Software
