We’re looking for an organised and detail-orientated Studio Manager with at least 2-3 years of managing multiple projects simultaneously to join our Web Department.

As a Studio Manager, you’ll develop a strong understanding of every project to deliver multiple projects on time and on budget. You’ll maintain a high-level view across all projects and prospects to ensure all new clients are onboarded efficiently and a professional process is adhered to end-to-end.

This role will see you accomplishing project objectives by planning project activities; evaluating the implementation and progress of all projects.

As Studio Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating accurate project plans to ensure timely delivery of website projects
  • Assign responsibilities and accurately time track a team of multi-disciplined professionals
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of website projects
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)
  • Understand basic revenue models and P/L; meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions
  • Work with developers, designers and marketers to define and document questions, lease with businesses via Email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility.
  • Submit project status reports to stakeholders and clients; reviews bugs; plans software releases; anticipates and reacts to change
  • Provide constant support for internal teams to improve project focus and flow for both web and marketing
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure client happiness
  • Be a single point of contact for website build projects
  • Provide ad-hoc website support and website build help when resources are low to meet tight deadlines

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience creating detailed project plans
  • Knowledge in project management best practices
  • A commercially minded view and understanding
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A track record of delivering website projects on-time and on-budget
  • 3+ years delivering projects within an agency setting or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing and motivating a team of multi-discipline professionals

Desirable skills:

  • Understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of WordPress

Salary

In the region of £30k – £35k
Dependent on experience. 

22 + 8 days holiday allowance + your birthday off
