This is a very exciting opportunity to join a one-of-a-kind Digital Agency who have worked with over 600 brands nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are urgently looking for a PPC Campaign Manager to join our already successful marketing team in the planning, building and long-term management of our client’s marketing strategies.

Our team is bloody good at what they do, so you need to bring your ‘A game’. This isn’t just a basic role and the person who’ll be sitting in the seat will need to understand Google Analytics and PPC really, really well and have experience in running highly successful PPC and data insight campaigns for our clients, so you need to know this, over how to write a sexy looking blog.

You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude; dedication and willingness to work hard, sometimes under high production pressure.

On a daily basis you will be expected to:

  • Perform daily management of all paid advertising accounts across Google, GDN and Bing.
  • Plan, develop, implement, track and optimise all paid marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Create and build campaign strategy, researching keywords, analyse competitors, and continued testing and optimisation.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and all top-level account metrics.
  • Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Increase CTR, quality score, conversions and conversion rates and decrease CPC
  • Landing page optimisation / implementation.
  • Creative copy testing and optimisation.
  • Competitor analysis.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and all facets of paid search in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Communicate to management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Create reports for management and clients
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and highlight areas of importance.
  • Implementation of A/B, split & multivariate testing across all accounts.
  • Maintain excellent working relations with key departments and managers to ensure communication is well delivered throughout.
  • Maintain a high-level knowledge of PPC industry trends and developments. Develop and implement new PPC strategies as the industry / market changes.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years of PPC account management experience, additional SEO management experience a bonus.
  • Proven track record driving PPC performance.
  • Ability to analysis data and produce an optimised account strategy based upon results.
  • Commercially minded, organised and highly accurate with numbers.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage projects.
  • In-depth reporting and analysis
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and literacy skills

Ideally, the successful candidate will:

  • Some experience with HTML, CSS and PHP
  • A good knowledge of Google Search Console and My Business
  • Used a CMS based web platform (WordPress, Magento, Joomla, Perch…)
  • A sound understanding of using Social Media for business and some experience with social scheduling software. i.e Tweetdeck and Hootsuite
  • Experience working with 3rd party software tools (e.g. DoubleClick & Data Studio)
  • A willingness and hunger to learn and take ownership of personal development
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing

To apply for the role you must have at least 12-18 months’ experience in a similar role (in-house or agency) or the ability to demonstrate a high-level working knowledge of PPC Management.

This role involves constant communication with clients so experience with account management would be advantageous.
