Job Description

This is a very exciting opportunity to join a one-of-a-kind Digital Agency who works with over 550 brands nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a part time finance administrator to join our growing team. Initially we are looking for a few hours a week (4-5) with the aim to increase in the months to come.

You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude; dedication and willingness to work hard, sometimes under high production pressure.

On a monthly basis you will be expected to:

  • Assist in creating and managing invoices
  • Support in budgeting and cash flow
  • Paying supplier invoices
  • Chasing overdue customer invoices
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Cleansing client accounts in Sage
  • Managing VAT returns

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience in using Sage
  • Experience in bank reconciliation
  • Experience in managing recurring payments
  • Top notch mathematic skills
  • Using Excel functions and calculations

To apply for the role you must have at least 12-18 months’ experience in a similar role (in-house or agency) or the ability to demonstrate a high-level working knowledge of finance management

This role involves constant communication with clients so experience with account management would be advantageous.
