This is a very exciting opportunity to join a one-of-a-kind Digital Agency who works with over 550 brands nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are urgently looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our already successful marketing team in the planning, building and long-term management of our client’s marketing strategies.

Our team is bloody good at what they do, so you need to bring your ‘A game’. This isn’t just a content writing role and the person who’ll be sitting in the seat will need to understand Google Analytics really, really well and have experience in running highly successful technical SEO and data insight campaigns for our clients, so you need to know this, over how to write a sexy looking blog.

You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude; dedication and willingness to work hard, sometimes under high production pressure.

On a daily basis you will be expected to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Marketing & SEO strategies for our client’s
  • Set and work to clearly defined KPIs for each project
  • Complete detailed technical site audits, keyword research, and backlink analysis
  • Work with our website development team in the creation of content and in developing SEO optimised websites
  • Regularly update client websites and stay up-to-date on the latest in SEO and digital marketing in general
  • Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Analyse data and campaigns, creating custom reports
  • Work independently to manage your own clients and expectations – keeping your clients up to date with the work you’re doing and the latest market trends
  • Help with conversion optimisation of client campaigns

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience in all areas of technical search optimisation
  • Link building and backlink analysis
  • Keyword research
  • Content development and optimisation
  • A solid working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • In-depth reporting and analysis
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication and literacy skills

Ideally, the successful candidate will:

  • Some experience with HTML, CSS and PHP
  • Good knowledge of Google Search Console and My Business
  • Used a CMS based web platform (WordPress, Magento, Joomla, Perch…)
  • A sound understanding of using Social Media for business and some experience with social scheduling software. i.e Tweetdeck and Hootsuite
  • Experience working with 3rd party software tools (e.g. DoubleClick & Data Studio)
  • A willingness and hunger to learn and take ownership of personal development
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing

To apply for the role you must have at least 12-18 months’ experience in a similar role (in-house or agency) or the ability to demonstrate a high-level working knowledge of digital marketing and technical search optimisation.

It is important that you have a broad digital understanding and have the ability to develop communication strategies for clients at all levels. We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running, and are passionate about digital innovations. This role involves constant communication with clients so experience with account management would be advantageous. Salary

Salary is dependent on experience in the region of £18-25k.
