The Ideal Candidate

The role is best suited for someone who has worked within a marketing agency specialising in Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will be willing and hungry to learn and take ownership of personal development, and their genuine passion for digital marketing drives them forward.

You must have a broad digital understanding and the ability to develop communication strategies for clients at all levels. The successful candidate can hit the ground running and are passionate about digital innovations.

The Role

This role is to become the Digital Marketing Manager for Damteq and our in-house activity. We will require you to manage our marketing campaigns, working with the senior leadership team on the strategic direction of our business.

You will develop, support and implement marketing strategies for us, setting and working to clearly defined KPIs for each project.

You will also be responsible for our marketing budget of around £150,000 per year (2022-2023).

Snapshot Overview

  • Work alongside our SEO and PPC team to support our internal activity
  • Complete detailed SEO analysis of our website
  • Work with our website development team in the creation of content and in developing SEO-optimised content for us.
  • Independently manage and maintain our goals, KPI’s and allocation of our marketing budget.
  • Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyse data and campaigns
  • Help with conversion optimisation of our campaigns
  • Work on our ideas and strategies to develop a best-in-class marketing plan for our business to grow.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Have at least three years agency or in-house marketing manager experience
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocation
  • Have a working knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends
