This is an exciting opportunity to join a challenge but rewarding Digital Agency , with the possibility of starting straight away. Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our already talented and successful team at Damteq.

You’ll be able to manage multiple clients, passionate, hard-working and be able to communicate in under pressure situations from time-to-time.

On a daily basis you will be expected to:

  • Support revenue growth
  • Manage current clients
  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
  • Schedule meetings with clients
  • Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
  • Liaise with different departments about client queries
  • Develop surveys and capture client information

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Have previous experience in account management
  • Understand behaviour analysis
  • Have the ability to build first class relationships
  • The ability to work with increasing targets, both financial and metric related
  • Drive and Manage new business opportunity through sales processes
  • Previous experience in CRM systems
  • Successful business development experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • The ability to be self motivated, extremely organised and able to motivate and help in developing others.
  • High attention to detail

Ideally, the successful candidate will:

  • Have used project planning software (like Trello or Asana)
  • Have experience of Digital Marketing
  • A genuine passion for digital
  • A team player

Salary

Dependent on experience. 

22 + 8 days holiday allowance + your birthday off
