This is an exciting opportunity to join a challenging but rewarding Digital Agency, with the possibility of starting straight away. Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking an Sales/New Business Account Executive to join our already talented and successful team at Damteq.

You’ll need to be passionate, driven, adaptable, and have a positive attitude.

Our team is bloody good at what they do, so you need to bring your ‘A game’. You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude; dedication and willingness to work hard, sometimes under high production pressure. Your responsibilities will include creating your own self generated new business relationships, as well as communicating with our existing client base to establish ongoing long term opportunities.

The successful candidate should:

  • Have previous experience in sales and account management
  • Have expertise in Pipeline management
  • The ability to work with increasing targets, both financial and metric related
  • Drive and Manage new business opportunity through sales processes
  • Create and deliver proposals and presentations
  • Have the highest quality communication skills
  • Previous experience in CRM systems
  • High attention to detail

Ideally, the successful candidate will also have:

  • Have used project planning software (like Trello or Asana)
  • Have experience of Digital Marketing
  • A genuine passion for digital

To apply for the role you must have at least 12-18 months’ experience in a similar role (in-house or agency) or the ability to demonstrate a high-level working knowledge of Account Management.

It is important that you have a broad digital understanding. We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running, and are passionate about digital innovations. This role involves constant communication with clients so experience with ongoing account management. In return, you will be given the opportunity to work with a leading agency and work across a range of creative campaigns where you will play a key role in delivering branding projects nationally.
